We take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of custom automotive accessories and the speed of our production process, certain conditions apply to all returns and refunds.
1. Order Changes & Modifications
Due to our fast processing and automation systems, no changes can be made once an order is placed.
Please carefully review your selections before checkout.
We are not responsible for incorrect item selections made by the customer.
2. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Return requests must be submitted via the Contact Form on our website

Requests via WhatsApp, Chat, or other methods will not be accepted

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
🚫 Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

Custom-made or personalized products

Items purchased on sale or through clearance promotions

Accessories (including straps, tools, etc)
3. Returns & Refunds Process
A. Change of Mind / Ordered Incorrectly
If your return request is approved:

A 15% handling and restocking fee applies to all refunds and exchanges

Items must be returned in resellable condition

No additional damage fees will be charged if returned properly

Returns must be packaged securely, with a minimum of 4cm protective material around all sides to avoid in-transit damage

Damaged or poorly packaged returns may incur additional costs or be rejected if the product is no longer in resellable condition
4. How to Request a Return

Submit your return request via the Contact Form on our website within 14 days of delivery

Wait for our team to review and approve your request

You will receive detailed return shipping instructions

Securely package your item to avoid damage in transit

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund or exchange approval status

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

📦 Packaging Requirements:
All returns must be securely packaged with at least 4cm of protective material around the product. Items returned without adequate protection may arrive damaged, and additional fees may apply or the return may be rejected if the item is no longer resellable.
📦 For items over R2000 (or $100 USD internationally), we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels due to insufficient packaging.
6. Non-Refundable Items
