5. Order Processing, Billing & Payment

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received (unless an alternative payment arrangement is offered).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout refer only to transit times and do not include processing time.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, or customs clearance charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee.
  • Additional damage fees of up to 50% may apply if the returned item is not resellable.
  • Custom-made, customized, or personalized products cannot be returned.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • No changes or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
  • Due to fast processing and automation systems, orders immediately enter production.
  • Please double-check your selections carefully before checking out.

  • We are not responsible for the content, policies, or reliability of these third-party services.
  • Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not accept liability for Losses or damages resulting from incorrect use of our products
  • We do not accept liability for Delays in delivery caused by external factors
  • We do not accept liability for Unforeseen issues with third-party services such as payment processors or couriers.
