  • Standard Shipping (South Africa): 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping (South Africa): 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies based on destination, typically 5-15 business days

Important: Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout apply only to in-stock products and do not include processing time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • ✅ South Africa – Nationwide delivery available.
  • ✅ International Locations – Selected countries, depending on shipping availability.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • We offer free shipping on selected orders and promotions, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

  • Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If you do not receive tracking updates within 5 business days, please contact us.

Delays Beyond Our Control: While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays due to customs, public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages or shipments marked as "delivered" by the courier.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If it cannot be recovered, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
  • If a package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first before contacting us.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or building management before reaching out.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any:

International shipping times vary depending on customs processing and courier efficiency in the destination country.

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If you order an item that is on pre-order or backorder, your entire order will only ship when all items are available.
  • If you want to receive in-stock items first, we recommend placing separate orders.

9. Order Cancellations & Modifications

No changes or cancellations are allowed after placing an order.

Orders immediately enter our processing system to minimize delivery times.
